  • Biking around the lake and taking in the beautiful scenery

  • Hiking the very steep but incredibly beautiful Upper Yosemite Falls Trail
  • Eating s'mores by the fire at the campgrounds after a long day of activities

  • Sun bathing the numerous gorgeous beaches and coves
Floating houses on Lake Titicaca in Peru

A lake high up in the Andes Mountain with an indigenous peoples called the Uros living on floating island made out of reeds

Highlights

  • Collecting reeds from the lake to add to the floating foundations of the homes
  • Playing volleyball with the teenagers and little kids of this community
  • Hiking up to the top of the hill in Puno, the city on the shores of the lake, at 13,000ft

A beautifully busy mountain town full of coffee shops, fresh pine air, and delicious food.

Highlights

  • Eating Banh Mi Xui Mai which are mouth watering pork meatballs and french bread
  • Riding the mountain coaster and jumping amongst the treetops in the nearby Datanla Waterfall
  • Getting lost in the central shopping market with the locals
